Harry T. Quick is a partner of the
firm. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Quick
has tried over 250 jury trials to verdict. Eighty percent of his practice
at Brzytwa, Quick & McCrystal is devoted to the defense of manufacturers
in product liability claims for breach of warranty, strict liability
and negligence. While Mr. Quick’s practice emphasis is the representation
of manufacturers of materials handling products, he also has extensive
experience representing the manufacturers of numerous other products
including medical equipment, electrical vertical water pumps and large
industrial grinders. In addition to courts located within Ohio, Mr.
Quick has appeared in courts located in Pennsylvania, Michigan, South
Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, Massachusetts,
New York and New Jersey on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Quick is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Ohio,
as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Quick graduated from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 1965
where he received the Order of the Coif and was the Associate Editor
of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Mr. Quick also received the
Dean Dunmore Award in Oral Advocacy. He is a 1962 graduate of John
Carroll University. In addition to the invitation from the American
College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Quick received and accepted an invitation
to join the Federation of Insurance and Corporate Counsel. He serves
on its Product Liability Committee and Trial Tactics Committee. He
is a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Quick is a Past
Chair of the Judicial Selections Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association
and he is a Life Member of the Eighth Judicial District.
