| Daniel F. Petticord is
a partner of the firm. Mr. Petticord’s practice at Brzytwa,
Quick & McCrystal emphasizes the defense of products liability
and medical malpractice lawsuits. He also has experience representing
clients involved in asbestos, business and commercial litigation.
Mr. Petticord is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Ohio, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Petticord graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in 1992 where he was an editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. He is a 1989 graduate of Bucknell University where he was a National Merit Scholar and a member of the varsity football team. Mr. Petticord is a member of the Defense Research Institute and a former member of the Young Lawyers Steering Committee.
