| Robert E. Cahill is an
associate of the firm. His practice at Brzytwa, Quick & McCrystal
emphasizes the defense of manufacturers of products, personal injury
defense, and aviation litigation. Mr. Cahill is also involved in securities
litigation and represents clients in commercial disputes. Mr. Cahill is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Ohio, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Cahill graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2000 and is a 1997 cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, The Lawyers Guild, The Legal Eagles and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, as well as the Cleveland, Ohio and American Bar Associations.
